Enchanted in the Moonlight- Prologue Review

Hey!!! I had to jump on playing this game super fast. As I mentioned before I really loved Black Bird, so I was super excited to try this game. This was my initial response. Dear Voltage, shut up and take all my money! This game was amazing! I'll provide a detailed review below the read more page break.

The MC awakes from a strange dream and is told that she have "awakened". The MC proceeds to have a strange day and meets five men. She later learns that she has a special power and ayakashi (aka yokai, supernatural creatures) will hunt her for it. The five men turn out to be ayakashi. They give her an ultimatum, give her body for their protection.

DETAILED REVIEW

Plot: I love this plot sooo much and the premise is amazing! I am a huge fan of the manga Black Bird and Kamisama Hajimemashite, so I know that I would probably love this game. Even though it has a similar plot, Voltage totally makes this game their own. I also really love mythology and mythical creatures which this game is filled with. The game also brings in the sci-fi/fantasy element which is another genre I love. This game literally combines many of the things I go ga ga over. Not to mention it's the sexiest Voltage game ever, and I love that!!! It was so sensual without being over the top. Like I cannot go wrong with this game! I also like that it's set present day, due to the clothing in the intro video and promo pics i thought it would be set in the past.

The MC: Once again another well written MC. You go Voltage! Also home girl is smart, she put two and two together really quickly about the guys all knowing the same stuff and thought they might be behind it.

Music: The music is amazing! I would say this soundtrack goes right up there with In Your Arms Tonight. The quality of the music is really good, too. There wasn't a track that I didn't love.

Design: The character design/art style is amazing. I love the app's theme and layout. Purple is one of my favorite colors, so they had me as soon as I saw the color scheme. Voltage also added some new features. There's now a fast forward and rewind option!!!!! Also, they added moving background in some scenes which was really cool to see. I was literally like oh snap the steam is actually rising in this bath scene?!

The Guys: I would def purchase all the routes. Miyabi isn't my favorite, but I could see myself buying his route after I bought the ones I was more interested in first. I played the first chapter of Miyabi's route, and I just really wasn't feeling how super arrogant and overly sexual he was. I also played the first chapter of Chikage's route. I was feeling more than I thought I would. I think I' I'll enjoy his route. I really want to buy Koga's route first! If you had to ask me to choose between werewolves and vampires, I will pick werewolves any day (sorry Sookie, but you need to get it together and pick Alcide over Bill and Eric just sayin).

Memorable Lines

I am excited for Voltage's next game: First Love Diaries- A Kiss on the Beach. It will be coming out next month. It's sounds like it will be so cute and innocent. I think it will be interesting to watch the MC experience first love. It will probably make fans super nostalgic. I'm gonna see Guardians of the Galaxy tonight and I'm super pumped!!!! It's nice to be able to see it a day before it officially releases. I get to meet Boba's sister for the first time! I'm excited because I've talked to her on the phone before and she's super sweet and geeky. I also forgot that Sin City 2 comes out this month! >_< Such a good movie month!!! I used to never go to the movies and now there's so much stuff I want to see. Thanks for reading!
